Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product arrives with you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Delivery times will vary depending on product, time of year, location and courier used.
Generally items in the UK will arrive within 1-3 days for express shipping and 2-5 days for standard or free shipping.Â
